For account access, a bug, or anything not working as expected, email support@speedtools.app. Include the email address on your account and, if you can, a screenshot of what you’re seeing.

Common questions

I can’t sign in. Confirm the email on your account with your team or series official, then use “Create an account” only if you’ve never signed in before.
I’m missing a series, team, or channel. Access is granted by an administrator — contact your series official or PMNA staff to have your role or team updated.
I want my account or data removed. In the app, open More, tap your name, then Delete account. Without the app, follow the steps on the delete your account page.
