Delete your account

You can delete your Porsche Motorsport North America account at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

In the app

  1. Open the More tab and tap your name to open your profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. You are signed out and the account is removed.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@speedtools.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. Requests are completed within 7 days and confirmed by reply.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, phone, car number, avatar.
  • Series roles, team membership, channel memberships and read markers.
  • Push notification tokens and preferences.
  • Pending invitations and access requests.

Messages, photos and logistics items you posted in shared channels stay visible to the people in those channels, but are no longer attributed to you. Nothing is retained for marketing.
